Tonight is the final concert of the Seaport Music Festival. Performing tonight is Brooklyn’s electronica trio School of Seven Bells. They have just gotten back from performing at the Summersonic Festival in Japan. School of Seven Bell’s music has a very pleasant ambient style coupled with dreamy melodic female vocals.
London’s The xx have had success with the release of the single “Crystalized.” Their sound is a mixture of traditional rock instruments and synthesizers. The xx is anchored by the lead vocals of Romy Madley Croft and Oliver Sim.
