On June 28th, the Danish opera company Pin-Upera will present their mini opera, “Clumsy Hans” to our audiences. Based on text from Hans Christian Andersen’s fairy tale and music selected from popular opera solos and duets, this production introduces the world of opera to children as well as adults, and educates listeners on standard opera repertoire and traditions. Bring a blanket and enjoy this free performance with the back-drop of views of the Hudson River.
