Salt Cathedral is the electronic project of Nicolàs Losada and Juliana Ronderos, both New York-based Colombian musicians from Bogota?. Their music combines elements of trip hop and ambient genres, with folkloric influences from many cultures. The band’s most recent record, Oom Velt, has been favorably reviewed by Pitchfork, The FADER, and Consequence of Sound. Some bands they have recently supported include Hundred Waters, Young and Sick, and Freelance Whales.

Salt Cathedral will perform every Sunday evening in November at 10:00PM in our Lobby. These fall Sunday evenings are curated by longtime friend of Ace, Chris Tucci, whose opening sets at 8pm mix everything from Tom Waits, Nina Simone and The Beatles to The Cure, Depeche Mode, and The Jesus & Mary Chain. Live acts start a bit later.
