Ugandan multi-instrumentalist Kinobe has devoted his life to promoting African music around the world. A virtuoso on traditional Ugandan instruments like the endongo (an African lyre), adungu (a nine-string harp), and others, he has performed with Youssou N’Dour, Toumani Diabaté, and Salif Keita. His infectious, invigorating take on roots music is sure to both enlighten audiences and get them dancing.
