Conceptual artist Adam Pendleton, known for his engagement with language and re-contextualization of history through multi-disciplinary practices, presents his work alongside critically acclaimed pianist Jason Moran, “the future of jazz,” for an event not to be missed. A discussion of the alliance of visual art and music opens the evening, followed by a viewing of Pendleton’s My Education: A Portrait of David Hilliard and a culminating live performance by Moran.
