The public will be allowed to enter the Nethermead area starting at 10 a.m.
The closest subway is the Q train to the Prospect Park station. Exit at Flatbush and Ocean Avenues, and enter the Park at the Willink Entrance just up Flatbush Avenue from Ocean Ave and Empire Boulevard.(Source)
