URB ALT (Underground Railroad Broadcasting Alternatives) has endorsed revolutionary music and artistic expression for over a decade, and BAM welcomes their annual festival again this year. Kicking off the weekend on Friday night are BAMcafé Live favorites The MuthaWit Orchestra, who marry soul, rock, and world in a heady musical union; gospel-cum-punk quartet Paris Suit Yourself; and multimedia duo AuntKeke, performing their digital cabaret. Saturday, co-hosted by Salakida Kali, features folkcore guitarist Otto Fischer, and digital musician Oh My Goodness, and additional special guests. (Source)
