Everyday People

The trio of friendly founders Saada Ahmed, DJ Moma and Chef Roblé Ali never imagined their monthly brunch get-togethers-cum-music would spiral outward into the city’s coolest, most anticipated day parties, with manifold residencies at some of the most fun and freewheeling spaces in the metropolitan area. Yet that’s exactly what happened when these hyper-prescient party prognosticators joined forces in the early 2010s, and the beat has carried on ever since, spreading the revelries to major cities like LA and Miami. Globally-minded, the EP are not just about tearing it up to fresh jams; they actively encourage positive discourse on international and domestic affairs, having partnered with wellness and fundraising organizations around the world. With a staggeringly impressive cache of diverse guest stars that include Solange Knowles, Gabrielle Union, Rohan Marley, Alexa Chung and Young Guru (to name just a sliver), these good people know how to throw an epic bash.
