Decoda (RSVP)

“Refreshing in the extreme” (The New York Times), chamber music ensemble Decoda is made up of virtuoso musicians, entrepreneurs, and passionate advocates for the arts. The members of Decoda first collaborated as fellows in Ensemble ACJW—a two-year artist training program of Carnegie Hall, The Juilliard School, and the Weill Music Institute in partnership with the New York City Department of Education—and went on to become Carnegie Hall’s first-ever Affiliate Ensemble. This performance takes place at National Sawdust—an exciting new venue for new music located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn—and features four Decoda cellists performing works by composers who include Ravel and Tina Davidson.
