NYC Free Concerts
Every summer I get very excited about the free concerts made available to New Yorkers. In 2008, I had started the NYC Free Concert Google Calendar as a way of tracking the upcoming free concerts. The calendar proved to be very useful for myself and I wanted to share it with the public. In 2009, I had decided to start a blog with NYC free concert updates. The blog takes everything a step further with daily updates and concert series announcements. The concept behind the NYC Free Concert blog is to provide a comprehensive, easy to use free concert guide for New Yorkers.
NYC Free Concerts is produced using Linux Mint, GIMP, Open Office, Bluefish , MySQL, PHP and other Open Source software.
NYC Free Concerts is a Tiga Studio production.
